Department Overview
Neurointerventional Radiology
Endovascular procedures are surgeries performed inside the blood vessels without open surgery. Utilizes Nepal's first Biplane Cath Lab for mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, intracranial stenting, and high-resolution digital subtraction angiography (DSA).
Around-the-clock neuroimaging featuring 1.5 Tesla MRI, 16-slice multi-detector CT, MR tractography mapping, functional MRI, and MR spectroscopy. Integrated with PACS and electronic health records for instantaneous intraoperative viewing.
